When choosing this option you acknowledge that if you do not get reached out to by me (because I did not collect any contact information) it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to reach out to me and schedule a pick up to receive your order. Alternatively, or for other shipping related questions or concerns, you can go to my contact me page, submit your contact information and I will reach out as soon as possible to schedule.

Because all sets are made to order or custom, we only offer store-credit on non-custom orders depending on product condition. Refund eligibility can be discussed if you reach out to me through our contact page or one of our social handles.

Build your own set is a service we offer that allows you to order a more custom set than the ones provided in our shop. This could be any set you love, custom sizing, or minor adjustments to a set offered in our shop. As this is a custom service, it does not allow for any refunds or returns.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please remember that Tiply is a small business run by one person! If there are any issues or delays you will be reached out to as soon as possible.
